Bookings & payments
Group classes are weekly subscriptions billed per week. Private lessons are available as a weekly subscription, a pack of 4, or a single class. You can cancel a subscription anytime; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
First class guarantee
Not happy after your first class booked here? Choose a full refund for that class or credit to try another class with a different teacher. No questions asked — just email us.
Rescheduling & attendance
Private lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the session. Group classes run on a fixed schedule; missed group sessions are not refunded.
Class recordings
Classes are only recorded when every family in the group has given explicit consent at checkout. Recordings are shared privately with the enrolled families of that group only, never published. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Your child's privacy
We collect only what we need to run classes: parent name and email, child's first name and age, and booking details. Teachers see only students' first names and ages — never parent contact details. We never sell your data, and we never show children publicly without written permission.
Emails & messages
We email you about your bookings, class reminders and requests you make on this site. These are service messages, not a newsletter. Marketing emails are only sent with your consent and always include an unsubscribe link.
